Mandatory training and vetting for every member, volunteer, and leader — three tracks, one standard, so a team arriving in someone’s worst week is settled, ready, and screened. Equipping is its own branch: it serves both of the others and belongs to neither.

Some good work starts before the paperwork does. We host young ministries under our 501(c)(3) — they keep their name and their calling, we carry the compliance, accounting, and donation receipts until they’re ready to stand alone.
